Real Madrid is close to finalizing a significant transfer deal for two new players: Ibrahima Konate and Denzel Dumfries. Konate, a French player, is expected to join the team, followed by Inter Milan's Denzel Dumfries, whose €20m release clause was triggered by Real Madrid.The signings will strengthen Real Madrid's defense, and they have reportedly received approval from Jose Mourinho, who is set to return to the team. Mourinho will officially take over as head coach on June 7, after the presidential election is completed.

His two-year contract includes a one-year extension if Real Madrid wins the LaLiga title. With the team's recent league title win by Barcelona, Mourinho aims to improve Real Madrid's performance starting with the additions of Konate and Dumfries.
