Kevin De Bruyne has expressed his desire to discuss his future at Napoli after feeling unhappy with his experience playing under former manager Antonio Conte. Conte has since left the team and been replaced by Massimiliano Allegri on a two-year contract. Allegri will now have to work with a team that's struggling with low morale.De Bruyne, who has one year remaining on his contract, wants to have an open conversation with the club about his future. In a recent interview, he mentioned that last season he was promised certain things, such as a specific playing style, but they didn't come to fruition, leaving him disappointed.

De Bruyne, who will turn 35 in June, joined Napoli from Manchester City last summer. However, his 2025/26 season was impacted by injuries, limiting him to just 21 appearances in all competitions and resulting in nine goal involvements.
