Espanyol's management team has stated that Omar El Hilali is not available for transfer this summer. The 21-year-old wing-back has been attracting interest from other clubs, including Barcelona and Manchester City.

Despite the interest, Espanyol is insisting that El Hilali will not be sold. He is currently tied to the club until 2027 and has a buyout clause in his contract worth €15m.

Espanyol's coach, Manolo Gonzalez, is keen for El Hilali to stay with the team next season.
